How to Order and Use the Templates
- Select which product you would like to order from this page and click the link to order.
- When selecting your product options, choose Organization Template under the Service Options dropdown to receive a discount.
- Add your content to the input fields matching up with what is included in the template.
- In the Design Notes, mention that you want the SEND template and the template number, if applicable (1 or 2). We have the logos on file so no need to upload it.
- After submitting the required information, add the item to your cart. You can then add any other products before placing your order.
- To order any custom designs of any product, choose Design 1 & Print under Service Options. This option does not include the SEND organization discount.
- Provide your billing and shipping information and submit your order.
The card orientation is typically determined by your photo and how it is cropped. Let us know if you have a specific color scheme in mind. We will send you a proof of your first product in about 4 business days.
Design Requirements and Flexibility
The SEND logo and brand fonts must be used on all the templates to remain consistent with their branding. Other than that, we can customize the colors, maps, and add or remove content to match your photo and ministry location.

All SEND product templates are designed with specific content in mind. Make sure you provide the right amount and type of content that the template is designed for to keep consistency. See samples for an idea of the approximate amount of text and photos.

SEND Ministry Profile Template
The Case for Support Document (Case Doc for short) is tailored for specific content about your ministry. Ensure your content aligns with each section of the Case Doc. When ordering with SEND’s Organization template, choose the two-sided product option.
