Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with Commission Creative, for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


If you are placing this order in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the company. Our services are reserved for individual missionaries and their personal fundraising efforts. If you are interested in materials for your ministry or non-profit organization, contact Lucent Digital, our parent company.

Pricing & Quotes

Prices published on the Commission Creative website are subject to change without notice. Quotes sent via email will be honored for up to 30 days after the quote date.

Our prices include one (1) or two (2) custom design options depending on the service option you select. The standard turnaround for design is four (4) business days. We include three (3) rounds of revisions to your preferred design so if you do miss something in the first round you still have an opportunity to make some additional changes. Revisions beyond the third round will be billed at our hourly rate of $80 per hour.

Rush Design

We offer two options for rush design. For an additional $49, you can receive your design option(s) two business days after you place your order. For an additional $99, you can receive your design option(s) one business day after you place your order. Design options are sent via email by the end of the business day.

Hourly Rate

Our hourly rate for design work is $80 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments. This rate is applicable towards requested changes to digital products like email templates and Facebook cover designs as well as change requests after the included 3 rounds of revisions. This rate is also used for photo retouching and other design services that you may request. We will provide a rough estimate on the time needed make the changes you require, but that time also includes the number of revisions you request.

Terms of Sale

Commission Creative accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders require payment when your order is placed. In the event that a personal or company check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you will be required to pay a $25.00 fee to Commission Creative. 


If you place an order and decide to cancel after we have designed your initial concept(s), a project cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from your refund when we design one (1) option and $175 when we design two (2) options. There is no cancellation fee charged if you cancel before we have designed the initial concept(s) for your order.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Missouri are subject to the current Missouri sales tax rate, unless the order is billed to a sending organization that is tax-exempt.

Proofing, Color Matching & Print Quality

All items ordered through the Commission Creative website are “gang printed.” Commission Creative will reproduce color from digital files as closely as possible, but may not exactly match color and density due to limitations in the proofing and printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements. A reasonable variation in color between original materials, proofs and the completed order, will be considered acceptable print quality. In addition, color, brightness, finish, etc will differ from product to product because and including, but not excluded to: printing methods, stock, weight and type of paper and other variables.

Customers must provide high-resolution images suited to the offset printing process. Commission Creative is not liable for images printing poorly due to the Customer providing low-resolution images.

Artwork Approval

We require your written or verbal approval of the artwork for your order before it is printed. Due to the quick printing turnaround we are unable to make any changes to the artwork after you have approved it.

Errors & Omissions

Commission Creative is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Customer. The Customer is solely responsible for errors missed during the proofing process of either artwork supplied by the Customer or artwork created by Commission Creative. Orders with approved errors can be reprinted at a 40% discount off the retail price if the request for reprint is made within 30 days.

Customer Service Inquiries

All customer service inquires must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the job. Orders with manufacturing errors and/or defects will be rerun on the next print run at no charge to the Customer, at the discretion of Commission Creative. Example of the printing error should also be sent to Commission Creative. Commission Creative’s sole liability shall be limited to reprinting of the order.


The Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Commission Creative from any loss, expense, and/or damages arising out of violation of copyright or trademark laws from the illegal use of images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the Customer.

Delivery & Shipping

All posted turnaround times are approximate and although Commission Creative will make every effort to meet these delivery times, Commission Creative will not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from deliveries made later than expected to the Customer.

Delays or damage during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. Commission Creative is not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping.

International Shipping

International shipments may incur additional customs fees and taxes that are your responsibility. Failure to pay these charges in a timely manner may result in the abandonment of your order by the destination country’s customs agency. Commission Creative can’t issue refunds if this happens. Creative Work Copyright Notice and Usage Rights

Commission Creative holds all rights and interest in our original creative work, whether in draft, mock-up, concept, or final deliverable. Duplication or unauthorized use is not permissible without express written consent of Commission Creative and other applicable copyright holders. If you would like to purchase rights to reproduce, use your final design, or native design files, we offer the following options:

Prayer Cards, Magnets, and Fundraising Products

  1. Layered native files (Photoshop) with rights for personal use and reproduction: $249
    Suitable for card reproduction, and use on personal promotional materials such as on displays and in newsletters.
  2. High resolution design images with bleed, and rights for personal use and reproduction: $149
    Suitable for card reproduction, and use on personal promotional materials such as on displays and in newsletters. Reduced to $39 when added to a new or reprint order to help get cards in your hands by printing locally.
  3. High resolution design images without bleed, and rights for personal use and reproduction: $49
    Suitable for use on personal promotional materials such as on displays and in newsletters.
  4. Low resolution design images without bleed, and rights for personal use and reproduction: Free
    Suitable for use on social media sites, websites, and blogs.

Newsletter Products

  1. Layered native files (Photoshop, InDesign) with rights for personal use and reproduction:
    • Single-sided Design: $349
    • Double-sided Design: $499

In some instances, depending on your project, assets such as copyrighted or licensed photography, fonts, and other resources may not be transferable. To inquire about obtaining rights of use, contact us.
